Ensa is a strategic business partner & accounting professional with more than ten years of experience developing and implementing financial systems, strategies, processes, and controls that significantly improve P&L results. She is an expert in establishing accounting functions, systems, and best practices; cost-reduction, automation, and lasting business relationships to ensure goal-surpassing fiscal performance. Her industry experience includes retail operations, freight forwarding, and logistics services, tradeshow and housing management, and fixed asset management as well as numerous projects with cross-functional teams.

With all that Ensa has to offer, in 2017 she partnered up with Dezz and Sy to establish SEED Business LLC; an accounting, finance, and tax firm focused on helping other business reach their true potential.

Her corporate experience revealed a proven ability to coach and develop talent. Ensa enjoys speaking, educating, and empowering. In addition to classroom experience at Georgia State University, she's been a featured speaker for KNC Beauty School for entrepreneurs sponsored by TEEN Vogue as well as New Voices Foundation. She’s worked with brands featured on Essence.com and a member of several for-profit and nonprofit boards.

In 2020; Ensa went on to partner with friend and fellow coach in establishing So She Did Academy; helping women of color entrepreneurs start coaching and consulting businesses from ground zero.

AS AN AUTHOR

As a kid, Ensa enjoyed reading mysteries and poetry. She funneled her love of poetry into a way to begin expressing her self early on. Encouraged by her late father; Ensa wrote over 100 poems while in middle school. As a an adult Ensa uses writing as an outlet for her creative energy and to share any and everything she learns with others.
